As I’m standing there in Zara’s fitting room, trying on this beautiful yellow top, I’m a bit surprised to notice I have a muffin top! How come these extra kilos just sneaked up on me?
We prioritise things in life in order to be able to get things done. However, who determines what you priorities during your day, week, month, year etc.? Are your priorities based on your inner voice or an outer voice? How can you best notice whose priorities you’ve been living according to by just stopping for a while and reflecting on how you feel. I’m not saying that maybe the more your priorities align with your values, the less surprised you’ll be when you look at that girl in the mirror.
